Interface between Sanwa transm. &joy port - Need to make plug. Diagram/schematic?

Hello.
Can anyone tell my how to solder a interface/connection from the trainee outlet socket on my transitter to the joystick port on my pc?
Need some kind of schematic of the Sanwa transmitter.

You will find the Sanwa 5 pin and 6 pin options on the 'Transmitter connections' page on my website. Go to RC projects>FMS>PIC Serial then Transmitter connections. You will also find information on interfaces from ones you can build up to my R/C USB Joystick interface.
