Please Help, RC-Electronics USB interface - Interface works but Models don't respond

I am using a new USB Jsim interface from rc-electronics
with a JR TX and a win XP Pro.

I can get the interface to work , calibrate and change the channels around but when the model is loaded [heli] only the tail responds.
Has anyone had similar problems?
any help will be appreciated.

Have you set up the bottom 4 channel numbers on LH side of the calibrate screen ? Those are the ones used by helis.

I set up the channels, tried again and still the same.
In the end I deleted FMS reinstalled and tried again and this time it all works!

Knowing what they should to be set at stopped me going mad
