jr x-3810 - x-3810 compatible with fms

i have a jr x-3810 radio control ,i bought the cable from the radio to my laptop,i install the fms for windows xp,but i can not play the simulator with my radio.did you have the same problem in the past,and if yes.what do i have to do to solve this problem.

That transmitter will certainly work with FMS but it all depends on exactly what cable you bought. There are many different types. Some don't work with Win XP, some aren't good with JR Txs.
What type of cable/interface do you have ?
