Playstation controller via USB

I've got a USB adapter for the Playstation Dual Shock controller. It configures fine in control panel on my Win2K machine, but for some reason FMS only sees 3 of the 4 axes of the 2 analog sticks. ??? The horizontal axis of the right stick does not register. Anyone else have this problem? Other programs I am running do not have any issue with the controller.

I just got the Wingman Rumblepad (two analog joysticks) to use it with the FMS on a PC with Windows 2000. It has a USB port and it is properly installed. However, I experienced exactly the same problem as you.
Unfortunately, the FMS does not recognize one channel from the second analog joystick, rendering the helicopter simulations useless.
Did you solve the puzzle? If not, I suggest it is an urgent need for Mr. Moeller to look into. I think Ii would be great if the joystick interface is enhanced to fully recognize this more complex gamepad which is being used more and more. As is, we can only fly the airplanes.

Just found FMS yesterday. Are you saying I can use a playstation controler and a usb adaptor instead of the very costly PIC cable and TX.
