FMS doesn't recognize HITEC Focus 4 Tx

I have a JA-DAC interface box which connects to the "Buddy" port on a Hitec Focus 4 transmitter, converts the signal and then connects via a 15 pin cable to the sound card of the pc. The JA-DAC interface has a set of 8 dipswitches currently configured with 5, 7 and 8 "on".

How do I configure this device to work with FMS?

I'm new to this and really want to get it to work.
