help required please with fms planes ok no helis

hi just installed fms all is ok with planes but i cannot work helicopters
using win xp
joystick is a microsoft sidewinder forcefeedback 2
any help apriciated

Have you set up the bottom 4 channels in the Mapping/Calibration screen ? They control the helis.
