Futaba FX 18 to game port interface - I am looking for the right interface

Hello all,

I have a new Robbe/Futaba FX 18 transmitter and want to use it with FMS, but have no interface yet.

When I look at the various interface suppliers I see the square Futaba trainer/student connector and old DIN plug connector for Futaba, but not the new 3 mm phone jack type connector that is now used on the FX 18.

Can somebody point me to a supplier who has the right interface cable for my FX 18 transmitter? To connect with the game port on my computer? The computer is running win XP pro with SP2 installed.
