How do I use the new models?

Everytime I download a new model, it saves somewhere, and I go to FMS and I cannot find it in the "Models" section. How do I get the new model to get saved into the "Models" file? Thanks!

P.S. I saved a bunch of planes from Scarz website. I saved them all to

-Local Disk
-Program Files
-FMS
-Model

This is where I saved them and I cannot find them when I am flying in the FMS sim. Hlep me out!

If you look in the models folder I suspect you will see them there as the downloaded zip file. This is a compressed file which you will need to unzip. XP should be able to do this if you haven't got another zip manager - rt click on each file and uncompress them.

everytime i try and right click, it wont let me. so it doesnt let me right click at all. so how do I unzip?

You could get Winzip or Winrar.

nope. they are both free for basic zipping and unzipping

I am sure winzip is not free - look at their site where it says:-

I use zipgenius and it is very good for what I need it for and it is free. Once installed, rt-clicking gets you several unzipping options to do with where you want the unzipped files to go.

Ok thanks so much! I just downloaded it! Now, how do I put the files in there, and when they are in there, how do I put them into the FMS game? Thanks again so much!

Just copy and paste the files into the model folder run FMS and click 'Model' & 'Load'
