Using MetasequoiaLE - Background Image

Is there a way to re-size or re-position the background image when desigining a Helicopter / Plane in MetasequoiaLE?

I am trying to do a Schweitzer Helicopter and found how to use a picture as a background that should help with desigining the body but my image is a bit too large and off center.
