A plane that flies like..

It has been many years since I've been flying.
I just purchased the Hobbico FlyZone Ventura RTF plane. Maybe not the best choice for starting to get back into flying, it's fast.
I was a bit nervous flying it so I would like to know if there is a model for the FMS similar to this plane?

Any suggestions?
