The aerofly models use an ".obj" format. I'm not sure if it is a standard format as Metasequoia doesn't seem to read them and I have a copy of Deep Exploration that manages to get the vertices but that's all. The file is a text file and it is possible to write a utility to read them in and convert them to .x/.mqo files.
I have managed to do this myself as part of an exercise to convert my conversions from Microsoft Flight Sim to Easyfly but unfortunately I can't get the utility to work on machines that don't have Microsoft C++ installed on them and it's a pretty bug ridden as well. If you have a particular model in mind you could send it to me and I shall see if I can convert it for you provided it is for your own use. If you intend to publish the model then please obtain the authors consent if possible.
I presume you can generate the PAR file for it. The .dns file that Aerofly uses has some similarities but I don't have conversion for that (yet)!
