I have just released a first version (Version 3.0.0) of a SmartPropoPlus extension for PPJoy.
It makes your Tx a universal joystick. In other words, your Tx can be used as a Joystick for any application that uses a joystick - not only FMS. On the other hand, it has no advantage for users of FMS only.
Since it is an Alpha version, it has undergone only very brief QA and its user-friendliness has still to be improved.
Don't forget you have to install and configure PPJoy for this extension to work.
