Blade CP Model *HERE* Please help!

Hey guys I'm looking to pickup a blade sometime this week and I've begun my training through FMS in the hope that i don't make a fireball of destruction out of my new toy. I stumbled across this model http://heli-shots.com/fms_bladecp.zip and I was wondering how accurate some of you owners out there think it is. I also noticed that a few people were searching for a decent model so hopefully this will be adequate for that.

If you guys could post any comments about the "feel" of the model, level of realism or any tips itd be very much appreciated. Thankyou!
