You can join your shapes together manually by cutting and pasting them into the same object and using the "J" key, joining vertices. This is the long way to do it though. It's better to start with a single shape for the fuselage and then cut it where it needs to get smaller, shrink that section, cut it where it needs to get bigger and grow that section. Cutting with the knife and using shrink and grow can do wonders for smoothing out a cylinder form to look more like an airplane fuselage.
