Tower Hobbies 4FM Controller - Mixed up Channels

I just made an interface cable, or my 4 channel radio, and the channels are mixed up in FMS. How can I either rewire, or remap within FMS to put the controlls on the right sticks??

Just fill in the correct channel numbers against the controls in the FMS Mapping/Calibration screen (the one with the calibration bars etc on).
