i have mannaged to get it flying in FMS ok
with a little adapting.. had to re apply the texturemap tho.. but its working good
if u need to convert a 3d model into another type then i suggest using Deep Exploration.. its a godsend.. it can convert a .x into a .cob (or watever) so u can take it into metaseq (.cob is best for that), and then your laughing
i had to flip the normals and retexture it. then i saved out the .x into fms/models/ and gave it suitable par, wav files then flew it..
i can send u the mqo, x, and FMS files if u like..

then u can perfect it..
