Dave Brown simulator tx box - will it work?

I have a Dave Brown simulator TX. How can I get it to work with the program?

I believe that Tx just operates as a joystick so just selecting the joystick from the Analog Controls menu should work.

Is there someplace I can get information to calibrate the transmitter?

I have gone to the joystick calibration point and get no response. Is there a place to pull up instructions?
