ParDesigner English version? - Where to download

Hello all,

Does anybody know where to download the English version of ParDesigner?

I tried to download from Masuoka Hideaki-san's web site. Although the screenshots is in English but the software itself is in Japanese.

I received an english language version when I downloaded ParDesigner by following the links in the announcement in "General Discussions".
