"no signal"

Hi,

Has anyone here used the transmitter interface at:

http://www.net-express.com/nexus/fmsinterface.html

I built it, interface tests fine with the DOS utility. However, FMS shows no signal detected. After going back to DOS utility, signal has disappeared! Rebooting brings back the signal to the DOS utility, everytime.

I/O is 387, interrupt is 07. No conflicts with sound card or any other hardware.

Any ideas? If not i'm going to pass on the Tx in favor of a joystick....
