futaba am 4bnl???? - will this radio work??

hey guys/gals
will this radio work? i know it doesnt have a trainer port but im wanting to directly solder to the board where the signal is? would it have the ttl signal being AM and all? does anyone know where it is on the curcuit board or where to look?

I use an older AM Futaba radio with FMS.

It did not have a trainer port.

I used the paralles interface that has the 2N2222 transistor in it.
