The flying characteristics of a model - What controls them ?

I have just browsed through the tutorial page on making models. There are detail procedures on defining the appearence of models but I did not notice anything that controls their flying characteristics. Have I missed anything ?

The *.PAR file controls the flying charistics of the airplane or helicopter.

Look for info on the PAR file.
