Here is the circuit I built.. Note the letters A-G I've added for reference.

Here are the results of the probes at each of the indicated locations.

I can't see any way to tell what the actual voltages are. I.e. there is a world of difference between a 0.1V p-p signal going from 8.9V to 9V and a 9V p-p signal going from 0V to 9V Most of the pics look identical but I know they can't be. It would also help if you say what your reference is, i.e. where is the 'scope ground connected. I'm assuming it's on pin 5 (0V).

Yes the ground is connected to pin5. line in the center of each graph is 0. I will get exact measurements on the pulses when i get a cance.. The question I have is, after the first transistor all of the pulses are a negative voltage, is that correct??

I agree with Steves comments. However, I would also take the view that if you are getting a decent magnitude swing at F that all is working. If your interface does not work with FMS recheck your setup. See my website below for more detailed setup instructions. RC Projects>FMS

I hope this helps

I GOT IT WORKING!!!! It was a combination of a sloppy soldering job and a bad com port. I am so very very happy!! Thanks to all who offered help! I will try to help others who have similar problems.
