I agree that wind speed, direction & gust strength are important & worth consideration for future development to satisfy the RC pilot wanting more realism from the simulator. This is an excellent training aid for initial orientation but more realistic features would make it untouchable. Other items worth mentioning are...
1. Knife edges require side lift from the fuselage to be added.
2. Stall turns would benifit from adding prop-wash to the
airflow calculation over the rudder/elevator.
3. To simulate spins/tip Stall we to consider the relative lift
along the wing as well as transitional lift at low air-flow /
angle of attack. A rough estimation may be sufficient to
achieve this by considering the left & right wings
separately, or as quartiles.
4. Trace lines in the sky to play out aerobatic schedules
would be appreciated or maybe an outline in the sky of the
'box' which aerobatic schedule is to be flown in.
Otherwise a great simulator to help new RC pilots aclimatise to the air. Well done!
