texture problems - textures in metasq. ,blank model in FMS

I'm new to 3D-modelling with Metasequoia so I have used the
instructions from

There were no real problems and I saw the textures on my mqo-model in Metasequoia.

then I exported to x-format but in FMS I saw a blank white model with no textures only the textures from the prog.
like transparent cockpit, prop and gear were displayed.

perhaps somebody can help me because I want to go on
making nice FMS-models with my own textures!!

Hallo Pilot66,

Du musst darauf achten, daß im Material Panel in der Pfadangabe nur die betreffende Datei steht. z.B. TEST.bmp,
dann braucht Du nur das Modell als x.File zu speichern. Das war es schon.

Ich hoffe Dir weitergeholfen zu haben.
