Hi Bob
There are different types of interfaces available, depending on your requirements and operating system. The best option will be to go for a joystick interface, which will work on all operating systems, and also all games/simulators that support joysticks. This is also the expensive option.
Cheaper, is the FMS PIC Serial Interface, which will also work on all operating systems, but only supports FMS.
Last, there is the serial or parallel Interrupt interfaces, easy to construct, and very cheap. However, they only work with Win95/98, and on FMS.
