I have connected my Grauper 414 directly to pin 10(signal) and pin 18(ground) on the parallell interface. I have no problems to make it work, but I have to run the radio without the antenna connected otherwise I get distortions, so that the modelles are hard to control. If I remove the antenna the signals becomes clear.
I have head that you should'nt run your radio without the antenna installed because the sender module can be damaged. Is this right ? Can I do some thing to the connection to get rid of the distortions ?

Yes you are correct, running your transmitter without the antenna connected can cause damage.

The answer is to leave the antenna connected and remove the crystal. This will effectively disable the radio portions of your transmitter, but still allow the control and trainer socket functions to operate. As a useful aside, the batteries should last a lot longer also.
