installation error - can't install fmsdisk01.exe ver. 2.0 b7

I have downloaded fmsdisk01.exe(6046 kB instead of 6050 kB) why?) 3 times but cannot install.

The error message is "DON'T READ C:\FMSDISK01.EXE"

My computer is ASUS Pentium III 450 MHZ.
Windows 98, Direct X9.0, 64 MB RAM

I also had problem once, the downloaded file was 6180 kB when I doubleclicked the file, all files in drive C gone except that file.

Can somebody help me, pls.
