Help setting up with Futaba Radio

Hello guys:
Im having trouble setting up FMS to work with my Radio
I bought a interface cable and plugged it into my com1 and trying to get fms to work with my radio
It is a Futaba T6XHS - and the interface cable is this

Anyone have any suggestions ?

Please check your operating system as the simple serial interface is only compatable with W95,98,ME.
