need help convert .geo to .mdl or .wrl - convertor

Hi everyone,

I am Using Flightgear sim , and I realy liked your "Hughes"
so I am tjrying to convert it into some type that Flightgear can read... but no sucsses yet.

I tried to use explor3d , but It says that it cann't read that file...

Here's what I did -

Step 1
I converted the Hughes.geo file to DirectX using geoex.
Step 2
I hand edited the DirectX file to add the texture files.
The resulting image diplayed as expected
Step 3
I used 3dwinogl to convert the DirectX file to VRML1.0
The geometry displayed as expected but the textures did not. What I see is an all black hughes. This may be due to a viewer difficiency. The .WRL file contains reference to the texture files so it might work wth Flight Gear / plib.

I can send you the VRML file, it is 410Kb.
