Hi,
I have noticed that some of the new aircraft that I have downloaded state that they are compatible with the new FMS (not out yet). What are the guidelines to follow to make them compatible?

Based on the information Michael and Roman gave us in this forum the new version will still support the x-file-format. So all models which use this file-format are geometry-compatible.
The new versions will have a completely new par-file, so related to the flightmodel no model can be compatible at this point of time - because the specs for the new par-file are not out yet.
I've mentioned that my "Loop" is prepared for future versions. That means it has seperated ailerons and rudders, which will be movable in funture versions. So it will be easy for me to adjust the model if this functionality is implemented in FMS...
But I think that the next up coming version will still not support movable rudders, but will have the new flightmodel with a new par-file.
The new versions will have a completely new par-file, so related to the flightmodel no model can be compatible at this point of time - because the specs for the new par-file are not out yet.

Cool, thanks for the info. I have always made my models with separated control surfaces (If I put them on in the first place, lol).
