Process for creating a model ? - Anyone have this

Can anyone point me to a quick tutorial or process for creating an FMS model and par file ?

I have access to several CAD programs ?

Although I am a beginner, I think I can help.

Just ask if you have a problem in Metasequoia. I hope to soon be able to tell you have a par-file needs to be made. There is a good document about this par file for FMS8. Euh ... forgot where I saw it. Sorry.
